Potter’s Herbals Nodoff Review

Sleeping is a tease for me – when I want to sleep Boo has other ideas yet when she does decide to treat me by sleeping through the night it’s as if my body clock decides to play tricks on me ensuring that I lay wide awake with a million and one to do lists running through my mind!

Last week I decided to try Potter’s Herbals Nodoff; it’s available in both liquid and tablet form – I opted to take the tablets and I have to say they were easy to take (no horse tranquilizer sized tablets!) and even had a somewhat pleasant aroma not dissimilar to vanilla.

For me Nodoff was pretty effective despite a few nights of my sleep being interrupted (although I’m glad they didn’t comatose me as that would have put me off them, incase I didn’t hear Boo in the night)

The dosage call for you to take 2 tablets early evening and another 2 before bed, which worked well. On a few nights I forgot to take the early evening dose yet still found the bedtime tablets effective enough to help me to sleep.

With no side effects suffered I can’t help but think that Potter’s Herbals Nodoff is an insider secret- we all know that nothing should be used long term to aid sleep but for me a short and sweet course of Nodoff is just what I needed to recharge my dwindling battery supply. A must for tired eyes everywhere.
