It’s grey and despite the promise of temperatures teasing us of an Indian summer here I am sat looking out and a distinctly autumn backdrop. Fear not, this week’s Want It Wednesday is everything but grey.
The SS16 fashion weeks have given us a reason to endure the cold months ahead and Moschino’s Capsule Collection means we can get our hands on the runway look now. This slogan tee is everything Moschino and more; I have visions of wearing it with skinnies and heels with a killer embellished clutch but in reality I’d pair it with jeans, converse and bright lippy. And the joy of Moschino means it would work either way, and that’s what makes them the king of fast wearable street style.
This Even&Odd sweatshirt has me written all over it and my Mum Boss mission to make this year my best yet. Another one for the mum uniform you’ll find me sporting Mon-Fri. Talking of mum uniform, these Urban Bliss embroidered jeans available at Next are the perfect jeans with a bit ‘more’; embroidered anything is a great look and these are the best skinnies incorporating the trend that I’ve seen.
Now I promised no grey and this metallic gold pleated top from M&S is the perfect example of how metallics are here to stay, forget trends, metallics are LIFE… Ok can anyone sense my slight obsession? M&S are also rocking my boat with these leopard print trainers; jeans, dresses, they’d literally go with anything – surely that makes them an essential right?!
Gold. A word that brings joy to my life, so I’m pretty sure this Color Riche Gold Obsession lipstick was designed with me in mind; I bought the gold and nude shade at the weekend (it’s dreamy, get it!) and I’m already searching for the pure gold shade. They say you can slick it over your favourite shade to glam it up or if you’re like me, go straight for the gold kill and wear it boldly with a million dollar smile.
