This week has been a whirlwind: Boo is back to school and we’re getting back into the school run groove and that also means trying to perfect the school mum ‘I got this’ look.

I’m also all over this gorgeous velvet wristlet from Whistles – you don’t need me to tell you just how big velvet is, and this is perfect for injecting some of the trend into you daily wardrobe. Or if you’re feeling a little more confident with the world of velvet, then this dark green velvet bomber is the bomb (c’mon I couldn’t resist that one!!). Let’s forget the need for sensible waterporrf attire this autumn just for a moment and imagine how much fun you’d add to your outfits with this fun piece from New Look.
As the pressures of trying to juggle everything over the summer holidays came to an end, I’m all about stealing a few extra minutes a day to look after my skin ready for the winter weather onslaught. I’ve heard amazing things about this Ethiopian Honey deep nourishing mash by The Body Shop and think it’ll be great for quick skin rescues. I’m also jumping on the beauty train with this Farsali Rose Gold Elixir – well at least I will be once it’s back in stock but this is something that Beauty Blogeratti have been shouting from the rooftops about, it’s reported as being a one size fits all face saviour… sold!
Tiffany, Tiffany, Tiffany… you’ve had my heart since my first piece over 20 years ago and this decadent yet simple T chain bracelet is the back to school treat I’m pretty sure I deserve.
